DHAKA : BRAC Bank has entered into a partnership agreement with ACI Godrej Agrovet Private Limited to implement an advanced transaction banking solution that optimises payment operations and operational efficiency, a press release said.
With smart and efficient receivable management, the strategic partnership will streamline dealer collections, improve operational efficiency, and enhance transparency for ACI Godrej Agrovet Private Limited.
The collaboration will enable ACI Godrej Agrovet to adopt BRAC Bank’s API enabled Agent Banking & Virtual Accounts solutions. The system will integrate over 6,000 distributors, enabling real-time collection, automated reconciliation, and seamless integration with ERP of ACI Godrej Agrovet.
Md. Shaheen Iqbal CFA, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Treasury, FIs and Corporate and Institutional Banking, BRAC Bank; and Md. Mohiuddin, Head of Finance & Accounts from ACI Godrej Agrovet, signed the agreement at BRAC Bank’s Head Office in Dhaka on October 22, 2025.
A.K.M. Faisal Halim, Head of Transaction Banking; S M Musa, Area Head, Dhaka Regional Corporate, BRAC Bank; and senior officials of the bank were present at the signing ceremony.
This partnership marks a significant milestone in BRAC Bank’s efforts to empower its Transaction Banking with modern, efficient, and technology-driven banking solutions. BRAC Bank reaffirms its commitment to enhancing the Transaction Banking experience through innovation and digital excellence.
