In the lead-up to the 13th National Parliamentary Election, Shariful Islam Molla, Joint Secretary (No. 1) of the Central Committee of the Jatiyatabadi Krishak Dal, and a nomination aspirant for Narayanganj-4 constituency under the ‘Sheaf of Paddy’ symbol, has been actively engaging in mass communication and campaign activities.
As part of the weeklong program marking Revolution and Solidarity Day, Molla has been reaching out to the public and exchanging views with grassroots supporters.
On November 4, following a Krishak Dal workers’ conference held in Baktaboli, he began his campaign by urging people to vote for the Sheaf of Paddy and by promoting the 31-point reform agenda announced by BNP’s Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman.
Continuing the weeklong program, on Saturday, November 8, at 3:00 PM, he took part in leaflet distribution and mass campaigning at Ward No. 7, Aliganj area of Kutubpur Union, promoting Tarique Rahman’s 31-point program and seeking votes for the BNP’s electoral symbol. Among those who accompanied Shariful Islam Molla during the campaign were: Jewel Arman, Convener of Fatullah Thana Krishak Dal; Shahabuddin Molla, Joint Convener of Narayanganj District Krishak Dal; Abu Zaher and Shahjahan Molla, Joint Conveners of Fatullah Thana Krishak Dal; and several other local leaders.
