Esharot Hossain, President of Bangkor Pulp and Paper Corporation, has been honored with the Indenting Service Export Award–2025 by the Bangladesh Indenting Agents’ Association (BIAA) for his outstanding contribution to the country’s paper indenting and service export sector, a press release said.
Hossain, a prominent figure in Bangladesh’s pulp and paper supply ecosystem, has been successfully operating in the indenting industry for more than 25 years. His professionalism, dedication, and integrity have played a vital role in strengthening the nation’s paper import chain and enhancing Bangladesh’s credibility in the global market.
This year’s award marks yet another addition to his continuous achievements, reaffirming his leadership and sustained excellence in the sector. Industry insiders have lauded his unwavering commitment, noting that his accomplishments continue to inspire both emerging and established entrepreneurs.
The award ceremony was held on Monday at the Grand Ballroom of Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel, Dhaka, in the presence of distinguished guests, including government officials and foreign diplomats.
The award was handed over by Mahbubur Rahman, Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce, who attended as the Chief Guest and H.E. Park Young Sik, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea, was present as the Special Guest. Esharot Hossain, President of Bangkor Pulp and Paper Corporation, shared the stage with Jarzid Alam Neon, Chief Executive Officer of Bangkor Pulp and Paper Corporation.
Speaking at the event, A K M Azad, President of BIAA, praised the contributions of awardees and highlighted the growing importance of Bangladesh’s indenting service sector in boosting export competitiveness.
