Dhaka: The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) honored 48 listed and non-listed organizations across 17 categories for their outstanding corporate practices, evaluated on both financial and non-financial indicators. Winners were recognized with Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards.
Sk. Bashir Uddin, Hon’ble Advisor, Ministry of Commerce, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, graced the occasion as Chief Guest and presented the awards at a gala event held at the BCFCC, Dhaka. Special Guests included Dr. Md Sajjad Hossain Bhuiyan, Chairman, Financial Reporting Council (FRC); Mr. Mahbubur Rahman, Secretary, Ministry of Commerce; and Mr. Md. Abdur Rahman Khan FCMA, Secretary, Internal Resources Division & Chairman, National Board of Revenue. Distinguished guests from ministries, trade bodies, regulators, stakeholders, and awardees attended the ceremony.

Gold awards were presented to some of the nation’s top performers, including Sonali Bank PLC, BRAC Bank PLC, Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC, IDLC Finance PLC, Reliance Insurance PLC, National Life Insurance PLC, Square Pharmaceuticals PLC, Premier Cement Mills PLC, Paramount Textile PLC, Marico Bangladesh Limited, Bangladesh Steels Re-Rolling Mills Limited, United Power Generation & Distribution Company Ltd., MJL Bangladesh PLC, Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC, BRAC, Olympic Industries PLC, and Grameenphone Ltd., recognizing their outstanding contribution to corporate excellence, innovation, and social impact.
