With the slogan of “লেনদেন হচ্ছে ক্যাশলেস এগিয়ে যাচ্ছে বাংলাদেশ”Pubali Bank PLC. initiated cashless Lalmatia Rally, inauguration of Bangla QR code and exchange of views held on behalf of the bank in Lalmatia, Dhaka with the aim of making the cashless transaction system in Bangladesh more dynamic and increasing public awareness. Bangladesh Bank Executive Director and Spokesperson Arif Hossain Khan was present as Chief Guest at the exchange of views meeting. Pubali Bank Managing Director and CEO Mohammad Ali was present as Guest of Honour. Md. Shahnewaz Khan, Deputy Managing Director of the bank was present as Special Guest. General Manager of the Bank’s Head Office Md. Faizul Hoque Sharif, Regional Head and General Manager of Dhaka North Region AKM Abdur Raqib, Deputy General Manager and Head of Alternative Delivery Channel Division Md. Rabiul Alam, President of Lalmatia C-Block Jame Mosque and Madrasa Complex Md. Alamgir, along with executives from Bank’s Head Office and local dignitaries were also present on the occasion, a press releases said.
