Like every year, this time too, on the occasion of ‘International Women’s Day’, ‘Free Women’s Health Day’ was held at Universal Medical College Hospital in Mohakhali in the capital, considering women’s healthcare and awareness. On Sunday, March 8, from 9 am to 5 pm, about three hundred women were provided free specialist medical advice at this specialized medical camp, a press release said.
Free specialist healthcare was provided to women attending this day-long free health camp – medicine specialists, obstetricians and gynecologists, neonatologists and pediatricians, cardiologists, dermatologists, psychiatrists, diabetes and obesity specialists, physical medicine specialists, nephrologists, dental surgeons and nutritionists and diet counselors.
In addition, 35% discount has been given to women attending the camp on all tests, which will be valid throughout the month of March.

Then, 13 glamour doctors of Miss and Doctors – 2025 organized by Restrain in the hospital’s conference room were groomed on various fitness, nutrition, good/bad medical practices and doctor-patient relationship by the hospital’s Managing Director Dr. Ashish Kumar Chakraborty, Public Health Specialist Dr. Raiatun Tehrin, Nutritionist Faria Islam, Restrain’s CEO Dr. Hassan Mahmud and Coordinator Dr. Soha.
