All Samadhan, MyHealth sign MoU

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between All Samadhan and MyHealth on April 5, 2026, with the objective of promoting integrated development and expanding services in the healthcare and digital sectors. The primary goal of this agreement is to establish a strong collaborative platform through the exchange of business operations, marketing strategies, skills, and expertise between the two organizations. Through this collaboration, both organizations will jointly promote and expand each other’s services on the basis of mutual cooperation. As a result of this partnership, customers will be able to conveniently access caregiver services, nursing, physiotherapy, doctor home visits, and video consultations through any platform. In addition, pharmacy owners will be able to sell medicines online by downloading the app and completing the registration process. Customers will also benefit from fast and reliable medicine home delivery from nearby pharmacies, along with app-based ambulance services and an integrated free blood bank network service—making emergency healthcare more accessible, efficient, and effective. This partnership is expected to pave the way for more advanced, accessible, and technology-driven healthcare services. The MoU was signed on behalf of their respective organizations by Sultana Rajia, Founder of All Samadhan, and Tashmim Alam, CEO of MyHealth. The signing ceremony took place at the MyHealth Head Office in Niketan, Gulshan-1, Dhaka. Representatives from both organizations expressed their optimism that this partnership will open new horizons in the healthcare sector and ensure more effective and reliable services for the people of the country.
