DHAKA : Bangladesh and Russia today stressed strengthening Russian-Bangladeshi inter-parliamentary cooperation.
It was discussed today when Russian Ambassador to Bangladesh Alexander Khozin paid a courtesy call on Speaker Hafiz Uddin Ahmad, Russian embassy said here.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed prospects for enhancing inter-parliamentary engagement alongside broader areas of bilateral cooperation.
They also exchanged views on expanding collaboration in sectors of mutual interest to further deepen the existing ties between the two countries.
