The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 24th May 2026through Digital Platform (with Online Video Conference). The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mohammed Younuspresided over in the meeting. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) approved 13 percent Cashdividend for the Shareholders and the Directors reported & audited Balance Sheet and the profit & loss account for the year ended on 31st December 2025. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mohammed Younusand the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed delivered speech in the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The SEVP & Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar moderated the program, a press release said.
