DHAKA : The 395 th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman. A. K. Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposal, according to a press release.
Among others the Vice-Chairman of the Board. Mohammed Younus & Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Jabun Nahar, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, the Alternate Directors Mohammad Muslah Uddin Khan Mohammad Mosud, the Independent Directors Ekramul Haque, Nasir Uddin Ahmed Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting. Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
