DHAKA : Islami Bank Securities Limited (IBSL) organized its 15 th Annual General Meeting on May 29, 2025, Thursday. Md. Abdus Salam, FCA, FCS, chairman of the IBSL presided over the meeting. Md. Abdul Jalil, Md. Omar Faruk Khan and Mohammad Ali, directors & Md. Mosiur Rahman, FCA, CIPA, managing director, company secretary along with other shareholders and officials of the IBSL attended the meeting. The meeting approved the business activities and financial statements of the last year and took decisions on various important issues, including determining future plans and strategies.
