Dhaka : At its 158 th board meeting, DBH Finance PLC unanimously elected Syed Moinuddin Ahmed as the new Chairman of the company. Ahmed has been a member of the Board of DBH since September 2019, nominated by Green Delta Insurance PLC, and has been serving as the Vice Chairman since May 2024, according to a press release.
A seasoned banking and finance professional with over 25 years of experience, Ahmed holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Dhaka. He currently serves as the Additional Managing Director of Green Delta Insurance. Under his leadership, DBH Finance PLC is expected to play a leading role in providing green and affordable housing loans on a larger scale. The board and management of DBH congratulate Ahmed on his new role and look forward to his continued leadership in driving the company’s growth and purpose-driven mission.
