Dhaka : Mohammad Zahirul Islam, Managing Director of Smart Technologies (BD) Limited, has taken charge as the newly elected president of the Executive Committee of Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS) for the term 2025-27. Sony, the world-renowned electronics brand of Japan, has congratulated him on this achievement with flowers.
Recently, Head of Sony International Bangladesh Branch Ricky Lukas greeted Mohammad Zahirul Islam with flowers at his office at Zahir Smart Tower in the capital, while he was accompanied by RMDC Sony South East Asia Product Manager of TV Product Marketing Ms. Kemnuj Maschavalit Ming.
Expressing his best wishes and congratulations to Mohammad Zahirul Islam, Ricky Lukas said, “Mohammad Zahirul Islam’s role in the expansion of the ICT sector in Bangladesh is paramount. I hope that as the President of Bangladesh Computer Samity, he will be able to play a stronger role in the coming days, so that Bangladesh becomes more developed and modern.”
Mohammad Zahirul Islam expressed his gratitude by thanking the officials of Sony.
