DHAKA : Bengal Commercial Bank held its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) recently at aHotel in Dhaka, according to a press release.
Md. Jashim Uddin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank and President of SAARC Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI), presided over the meeting. Engr. Ghulam Mohammed Alomgir, Vice Chairman of the Bank joined the meeting along with other Directors and Sponsor Shareholders of the Bank. Tarik Morshed, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank attended the AGM while K. M. Awlad Hossain, Additional Managing Director & CBO; Deputy Managing Directors and other high officials of the Bank also joined the meeting. The AGM approved the financial statements, audited balance sheet, profit & loss accounts and declared Dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2024.
