Dhaka : In a continuous and longstanding demonstration of compassion and leadership, His Excellency Abdulla ali abdulla khaseif alhmoudi, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Bangladesh, has helped transform the lives of over 155,000 people, reaching more than 34,580 families across the country through a series of coordinated humanitarian initiatives, according to a press release.

In the challenging post-COVID reality of Bangladesh, the ambassador stood firmly beside vulnerable communities ensuring timely relief, dignity, and meaningful support. He has actively guided vital aid delivery to flood-affected families, winter-struck regions, and underserved communities in urgent need. His successful humanitarian projects include the Ramadan Project, flood relief distributions, winter blanket campaigns, Rohingya refugee support, Qurbani meat programs, and the construction of mosques for prayer and houses for shelter, reflecting a holistic approach to both physical and spiritual well-being. His Excellency personal commitment, hands-on coordination, and deep empathy were instrumental in mobilizing leading donor organizations, including UAE AID, the Emirates Red Crescent, and the Zayed Charitable & Humanitarian Foundation. These efforts stand as a powerful testament to the UAE’s enduring solidarity with the people of Bangladesh.
