Human Resource Development Institute (HRDI) of Daffodil International University and Daffodil International Professional Training Institute (DIPTI) have launched a joint venture named ‘Skilled Generation’ to create at least 5000 technology-savvy professionals by 2030 to meet the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, according to a press release.
As part of this initiative, a cutting-edge skills development program called ‘Skilled Generation’ is being launched, which will focus on: Cyber Security & IT Infrastructure, Data Science Machine Learning, E-Commerce Web-Based Business Prof. Dr. Md. Rafiqul Kabir, Director, Human Resource Development Institute (HRDI) and KM Hasan Ripon, Daffodil Group Executive Director and Skill Development Expert signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) held on July 31, 2025 at Daffodil Plaza in a modest ceremony. Dr. Md. Nuruzzaman, Chief Executive Officer of Daffodil Group was present as the chief guest at the program. Welcoming this timely initiative, he said, “In the current era, employment and entrepreneurship are not possible without technology-based skills. This joint initiative will open the door to huge possibilities for young people.
Under the agreement, DIPTI modern labs, experienced trainers, and the organization industry-linked courses will implement the Skill Generation program, which will prepare youth for jobs, entrepreneurship, and freelancing. This initiative will be considered an important milestone in the development of technology-based human resources in Bangladesh.
