The 272nd meeting of the Board Audit Committee of ShahjalalIslami Bank PLCheld on recently at it’s Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by Nasir Uddin Ahmed the Chairman of Board Audit Committee of the Bank. Among others the Director of the Bank & Member of the Committee Khandaker Sakib Ahmed and the Independent Director of the Bank Md. Reazul Karim participated in the meeting. The Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
