Dr. Mohammad Nuruzzaman, Chief Executive Officer of Daffodil Group, and Yukio Kubo, President of TSSH, signed the MoU onbehalf of their respective organizations at Daffodil’s corporate officeon 23 September, 2025 in Dhaka. Senior executives from both organizations were present at the ceremony, a press release said.
Under this agreement, Daffodil Group will prepare and recommend students from its universities, polytechnics, and institutes for enrollment in the TOYOTA Automotive Engineering College of Kobe (Toyota Kobe)—a prestigious two-year technical training program specializing in automobile technology.
Toyota Shin-Osaka will support and recommend these students for admission to Toyota Kobe and other related institutes, and assist them in pursuing employment in Japan’s automotive sector upon successful completion of their studies, in compliance with Japanese regulations.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dr. Mohammad Nuruzzaman said:
“This collaboration opens a new door for Bangladeshi youth to gain world-class technical training and secure skilled jobs in one of the world’s most advanced automotive markets. It also strengthens our vision to develop a globally competitive workforce.”
While addressing at the MoU signing ceremony, Yukio Kubo, President of TSSH said “We are delighted to partner with Daffodil Group to identify and nurture talented students who can contribute to Japan’s dynamic automobile industry. Together we will create opportunities that benefit both our countries.”
The partnership will focus onJapanese language and technical skill development to meet admission and workplace requirements.Seminars, orientation sessions, and industry updates for Bangladeshi students.
