Trade International Industries Limited, manufacturing unit of Electro Mart Group, which manufactures Konka, Gree and Haiko electronics and home appliances in Bangladesh, has been awarded the South Asian Business Excellence’s Best Manufacturer of the Year (Electronics)-2025. The award was handed over by Honorable Former President of Sri Lanka, H.E. Maithripala Sirisena to the group’s DMD Md. Nurul Afser at the 9th South Asian Partnership Summit held recently in Sri Lanka’s capital, Colombo. The award is given for outstanding contribution to industry and business in seven South Asian countries – Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The ceremony in Colombo brought together distinguished leaders and representatives from across South Asia, celebrating excellence, innovation, and regional collaboration, a press release said.
Konka and Gree brand electronics & home appliances products started its journey in Bangladesh through Electro Mart Group.
