Islami Bank holds Sharia supervisory council meeting

A meeting of the Shari‘ah Supervisory Council of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC was held on 30 November 2025, Sunday at Islami Bank Tower. Mufti Sayeed Ahmed, Chairman of the Council presided over the meeting. Md. Omar Faruk Khan, Managing Director of the bank, Prof. Dr. Abu Bakr Rafique, Vice Chairman and Professor Dr. Mohammad Abdus Samad, Member Secretary along with other members of the council attended the meeting, a press release said.
