Unofficial results for all 20 parliamentary constituencies in Dhaka were announced by Friday afternoon, with the Bangladesh Nationalist Party winning 13 seats and candidates from the 11-party electoral alliance securing seven. Of those seven, one seat went to a National Citizens Party candidate.
As of 1:30 p.m. Friday, unofficial results for 291 of 300 seats nationwide had been received.
