Bata signs health agreement with Universal Medical

A bilateral corporate health agreement was signed between Bata Bangladesh and the capital’s Universal Medical College Hospital on February 18 (Wednesday). The agreement was jointly signed by Human Resources Director Malik Mehedi Kabir on behalf of Bata’s Managing Director Debrabrata Mukherjee and Head of Corporate Neeta Chakraborty on behalf of the hospital’s Managing Director Dr. Ashish Kumar Chakraborty, a press release said.

Under the agreement, all officers, employees of Bata Bangladesh and their families will now receive special discounts on executive health check-ups, cardiac health check-ups and other health tests at this hospital. In addition, officers and employees of Bata Bangladesh will receive emergency healthcare on a priority basis in addition to receiving medical services at a special discount at Universal Medical College Hospital.

Also present at the event were Bata Bangladesh AGM – Human Resources AGM Md. Enamul Haque, AGM – Company Secretary and Controlling Riajur Reza Mohammad Faisal, C. Officer – HR and Welfare Md. Humayun Kabir and Universal Medical College Hospital Assistant General Manager (Business Development) AKM Shahed Hossain, Assistant Manager (Corporate Business Development) Md. Aminul Islam Sumon, Corporate Executives Md. Junaid Hasan and Rabeya Sultana.
