Pubali Bank PLC has been awarded ‘Gold Award for Branding’ by the Centre for Non Resident Bangladeshi (NRB) for outstanding contribution to collect remittance. The Centre for NRB organized ‘Branding Bangladesh’ ceremony at a hotel in the city. Mohammad Ali, Managing Director & CEO of Pubali Bank received the award from Information and Broadcasting Minister Zahir Uddin Swapan MP. State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shama Obaed Islam MP, State Minister for Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment Md. Nurul Hoque MP were present as Special Guests. Foundation for Strategic and Development Studies Chairman Major General (Retd) Fazle Elahi Akbar and Award Committee Chairman Ishtiaq Ahmed Chowdhury were also present at the event.
MS Shekil Chowdhury, Chairperson of the Centre for NRB presided over the ceremony.
