Bengal Commercial Bank declares dividend

Bengal Commercial Bank PLC. has declared a dividend for the year 2025 based on its profits. Following the continuity of the previous year, the dividend has been declared at the 52^nd Board meeting, held on Thursday, 30 April 2026, at the Bank’s Head Office in Gulshan, Dhaka. The Board also approved the financial statements for the year 2025 and made several important investment decisions as well. Md. Jashim Uddin, Chairman of the Board, presided over the meeting. Engr. Ghulam Mohammed Alomgir, Vice Chairman of the Board along with other Directors; Tarik Morshed, Managing Director; Additional Managing Directors, Deputy Managing Director and Company Secretary were also present in the meeting, a press release said.
