The activities of ‘BGMEA Md. Riazuddin Day Care Center’ have been officially inaugurated at the BGMEA Complex in Uttara in the capital with the aim of ensuring the safe stay and intensive care of the children of officials and employees working at BGMEA, a press release said.
BGMEA President Mahmud Hasan Khan inaugurated the activities of this day care center on Monday. At this time, BGMEA Senior Vice President Enamul Haque Khan, Vice President Md. Rezwan Selim, Vice President (Finance) Mizanur Rahman, Vice President Md. Shihab Uddoja Chowdhury, Director Shah Raeed Chowdhury, Director Mohammad Sohel and BGMEA Acting Secretary, Major Md. Saiful Islam, PSC, CSCM (Retd.) along with officers and employees were present.
At the inauguration ceremony of the program, President Mahmud Hasan Khan said, BGMEA employees are the main driving force of our organization. This modern day-care center has been launched, especially considering the safety and proper development of the children of working mothers and fathers. Through this, our officers and employees will be able to perform their official duties with more peace of mind and attention while keeping their children in a safe shelter.
It is worth noting that the day-care center has been built with modern facilities and is suitable for children’s sports and primary education. Experienced supervisors and a clean environment have been ensured here, which will be helpful in the mental and physical development of children.
After the inauguration, the President and BGMEA leaders inspected the day care center rooms and the facilities allocated for the children. The officers and employees of BGMEA appreciated this initiative and said that such quality day care facilities within the office will bring great relief in their working lives.
It is to be noted that BGMEA has been continuously conducting various welfare activities with the aim of providing a worker-friendly environment to its manpower.
