Skill Jobs launches Jump career program to empower young professionals

In an inspiring and energetic ceremony held at 71 Auditorium, Daffodil Plaza, Skill Jobs officially launched the JUMP: Career Acceleration Program, a new initiative designed to support fresh graduates, final-year students, and jobseekers as they transition from education to employment, according to a press release.

JUMP stands for more than just moving forward, it’s about helping young people take a confident leap toward a successful and fulfilling career. With a focus on practical skill-building and industry exposure, the program is set to become a game-changer for career development in Bangladesh.

The program offers a wide range of hands-on support, including:  Career development sessions facilitated by industry experts and career coaches CV and portfolio optimization to stand out in a competitive job market Mock interviews to boost communication skills and interview readiness Direct networking opportunities with employers and HR professionals

Speaking at the launch event, Dr. Mohammad Nuruzzaman, CEO, Daffodil Group, stated-“Too many young talents struggle to connect their education with real job opportunities.  JUMP is here to change that. We’re committed to guiding, mentoring, and preparing them with the skills, confidence, and exposure they need to succeed.” The event was attended by students, faculty members, HR professionals, and youth leaders, all of whom expressed excitement about the impact JUMP could make.
