The 397 th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 30 th July 2025 at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman A. K. Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposal, according to a press release.
Among others the Vice-Chairman of the Board Mohammed Younus, the Directors Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Jabun Nahar, Independent Directors Nasir Uddin Ahmed Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting. Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
