Union Bank holds 53rd risk management committee meeting

The 53rd meeting of the Risk Management Committee of Union Bank PLC. was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 23 September, 2025. Honorable Chairman of the Risk Management Committee Md. Humayun Kabirpresided over the meeting. Member of the Risk Management Committee & Independent Director Dr. Md. Shahidul Islam Zahid and Managing Director & CEO of the bank Mohd. Humayun Kabir were present in the meeting. Deputy Managing Directors Mohammad Iqbal and Mizanur Rahman attended the meeting on the occasion. In the meeting, bank risk related issues were discussed in details and advised to the bank management to take appropriate steps to reduce the amount of risk.
