Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd has entered into a strategic partnership with Building Technology & Ideas Ltd (BTI), one of Bangladesh’s most trusted and innovative real estate developers. The agreement, aimed at enhancing the quality, aesthetics and durability of BTI’s developments, was signed on 7th October 2025 at the Corporate Office of BTI, a press release said.
The agreement was signed by Md. Mohsin Habib Chowdhury, Chief Operating Officer & Director of Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd and F. R. Khan, Managing Director of BTI. The objective of this signing is to strengthen collaboration between the two organizations by integrating Berger’s world-class paint and coating solutions into BTI’s upcoming residential and commercial projects.

Under this collaboration Berger Paints will provide its premium range of eco-friendly paints and advanced coating solutions for BTI’s residential and commercial projects. The partnership represents a shared vision to set new benchmarks in innovation, sustainability and construction excellence within Bangladesh’s real estate sector.
