IPDC hosts employee wellness program

IPDC Finance PLC. recently concluded a four-day Wellness Program, held from 13 to 16 October 2025, aimed at reaffirming their commitment to the physical and mental wellbeing of its employees and customers. The initiative reflected IPDC’s continued dedication to fostering a healthy, supportive, and inclusive lifestyle both at home and the workplace.

The first day of the program kicked off with a comprehensive Health Check-up session where participants received personalized consultations on blood sugar, blood pressure, and BMI readings under the supervision of a medical officer. The day also featured a Breast Cancer Awareness session focused on educating customers and employees on early detection, prevention, and treatment, marking a crucial step toward proactive health consciousness.

The second day was dedicated to Mental Health Awareness, where experts discussed emotional wellbeing and shared practical guidelines to help manage workplace stress and maintain balance in personal and professional lives.

The third day featured an interactive Physiotherapy Session conducted by a professional physiotherapist, who guided participants through physical exercises and interactive workshops to promote long-term musculoskeletal health.

On the fourth day, IPDC organized a Free Eye Check-up Camp for all employees and support staff as part of its continued commitment to holistic wellbeing. The session aimed to promote better eye health and enable early detection of vision-related issues. Employees received consultations from qualified eye specialists, while support staff identified by the doctors as requiring vision correction were provided with free spectacles, ensuring inclusive access to essential eye care.
