DHAKA : Global AI device ecosystem company HONOR Bangladesh has recently introduced the cardless EMI service, a new payment facility that allows customers to purchase HONOR smartphones through easy cash instalments, a press release said.
Effective fromOctober 26, 2025, the cardless EMI service provides customers with a simple and flexible way to pay in cash, eliminating the need for any credit card. The payment plan allows customers to pay between 20 and 50 percent of their chosen phone’s price upfront, with the remaining amount divided into instalments over three to six months.
Moreover, the cash-based instalment facility ensures a quick and hassle-free experience, with the entire approval process taking only 20 minutes. It will be available exclusively at HONOR’s official Brandshops across the country.
“We wanted to create a payment option that works for everyone. Many customers want the latest smartphones but find traditional financing options complicated or expensive. With Cardless EMI, we’re making it simple and accessible. While there will be a nominal service charge to process the instalment, customers can enjoy the convenience of paying in cash over time to own the phone they want,” said Abdullah Al Mamun, Head of Business at HONOR Bangladesh.
To avail of the cardless EMI service, customers need to bring their NID card along with proof of income to any HONOR Brandshop. Salaried customers should carry their office ID card, while business owners need to present their trade license. Additionally, customers must provide their guarantor’s NID card, who should be a blood relative. The required documents also include the last three months’ bank, bKash, or Nagad statements, along with a recent electricity bill.
