The Change Together Club, run by the students of Daffodil International University (DIU), organized South Asia’s first ‘Manonmancha: The Mindset Olympiad – Inter-College Competition’ aims to encourage the development of mindfulness, logical thinking, and leadership qualities in the young generation. This exceptional day-long event was held at DIU campus on November 14, 2025. Students from numerous colleges from different districts of the country participated spontaneously which made the competition livelier and more successful, a press release said.
The main goal of this Olympiad was to create a platform for students to broaden their horizons of thought, in addition to their textbook-based knowledge acquisition. As this was the first time such an Olympiad based on Mindfulness and Growth Mindset was held in South Asia, it generated great enthusiasm among the participating youth.
The organizers said, “Manonmanch is not just a competition; it is a movement for the development of thinking.” “I wanted to provide a space for young people where they can further develop their thinking, vision, and leadership skills and prepare to face the challenges of the future.”
The enthusiasm of the participants and winners of the competition has further encouraged the organizers. The Change Together Club plans to expand this initiative on a larger scale, nationwide, in the future which will play an important role in developing the skills of young people and building a positive mindset.
