North South University’s (NSU) School of Business & Economics (SBE), the largest school of business in Bangladesh, is pleased to launch Season 1: Lifelong Learning Network under the NSU SBE Alumni Connect Series on 02 December 2025 (Tuesday). This initiative aims to strengthen the bond between SBE alumni, current students, academics, and the broader NSU community, underscoring SBE’s commitment to cultivating business leaders equipped to generate sustainable economic and social impact, a press release said.
The event has drawn on the expertise of the NSU leadership team and alumni, from global and local platforms, to discuss the opportunities and challenges for a lifelong learning society that ensures continuity and adaptability in the learning journey of the business community. NSU alumni from reputed organizations, for example, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), IFAD Group, Virginia Tech University, USA, Grameenphone Ltd, and Palladium group, highlighted how lifelong learning should be a necessary and targeted pursuit of academics, students, and business practitioners, despite being a complex bundle of passion, humbleness, resilience, and human and technical skills.
This alumni event showcased NSU SBE’s longstanding commitment to excellence that has now earned global recognition. In the latest QS World University Rankings by Subject, SBE secured a spot among the top 401–450 business schools worldwide in Business and Management Studies. The school is also proudly ACBSP-accredited and a member of CABS, reflecting its adherence to international quality standards and its dedication to continuous academic advancement.
