ICB holds 49th annual general meeting

The 49^th Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) held on 13 December 2025 Saturday, at 10:30 am through digital platform. In the Annual General Meeting, no dividend has been approved for the year ended on 30 June 2025. Prof. Abu Ahmed, Chairman, Board of Directors of ICB presided over the meeting. Managing Director of ICB and other Directors of the Board of ICB were present at the meeting. A significant number of shareholders were virtually connected in the meeting, a press release said.
