The Department of Architecture at North South University (NSU) announces the Fall 2025 ARC Year Exhibition, to be held from December 21 to 25, 2025. The exhibition features selected works by ARC111 students, along with a limited number of projects from ARC112 and ARC200, highlighting the early creative development of NSU’s future architects, a press release said.
Alongside design studio works, the exhibition includes heritage conservation presentations, reflecting students’ engagement with architectural history, cultural context, and the importance of preserving the built heritage.
The exhibition provides an open platform for professionals, educators, students, and the public to engage with student explorations of form, space, materiality, and human-centered design through drawings, physical models, visual studies, and conservation work.
Architectural education is both rigorous and transformative. The projects embody dedication and perseverance, guided by the philosophy of Architecture for Humanity, where design emerges from empathy, imagination, and care—ranging from experimental shelters and spatial studies to heritage-focused inquiries.
Visitors will encounter tactile and visual narratives that encourage reflection and connection. Beyond showcasing academic outcomes, the exhibition provides an immersive experience that links contemporary creativity with cultural memory.
Held every semester, the First-Year ARC Exhibition marks a key milestone in the Department of Architecture’s academic calendar, celebrating students’ early engagement with design thinking and problem-solving.
Developed under the mentorship of NSU’s architecture faculty, the projects translate abstract ideas into tangible architectural expressions.
The Department of Architecture at North South University invites professionals, educators, students, and the wider community to attend and experience the curiosity, creativity, and promise of NSU’s architecture students.
