DHAKA : Rehab Fair 2025 is now at its end. Today (Friday) is the third day of the fair. Tomorrow, the curtain will come down on this biggest event in the housing sector. There is only one day left. Since today is a holiday, visitors flocked to the fair premises in the afternoon, overcoming various obstacles.

Despite the city’s traffic jams, personal busyness, family responsibilities – people have come to the fore in the pursuit of a dream. The dream of finding an address for themselves beyond the uncertainty of a rented house has tied thousands of people together. Some have come with family members, some with friends or colleagues. Since the afternoon, a lively atmosphere has been created around each stall of the China-Maitree Conference Center.

While visiting the fair, it can be seen that some are looking for a small flat within their means, while others are thinking about a plot for the future. However, there is more demand for small flats. Representatives of construction companies are patiently explaining to buyers about various projects, installment benefits, discounts and special offers of the fair. Many are realizing for the first time that with the right planning and information, the dream of owning a home is not impossible.

Md. Imdadul Haque, Managing Director of Haque Homes and Builders, said that the crowd was less in the morning due to the extreme cold, but in the afternoon, buyers started looking for their desired properties.

Credence Housing Limited has participated in Rehab Fair 2025 with ready and ongoing housing projects in various important locations in Dhaka. An official of the company said that they have announced special discounts and booking offers for buyers on the occasion of the fair.

Today’s crowd is heavy not only in numbers but also in emotions. Because tomorrow is the last chance. Those who have not yet been able to make a decision are also at least looking, getting information, comparing, and buying a flat in the future. Many are concluding their initial talks today in the hope that they will come back again on the last day of the fair. Rehab Fair is not just a place to buy and sell, it has become a big platform for thinking, gathering courage and organizing dreams.

Tomorrow, the curtain will come down on Rehab Fair 2025.
