The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Daffodil Computers PLC, a leading IT organization in the country, was held on December 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM via a hybrid platform. The meeting was presided over by Shahana Khan, Chairperson of Daffodil Computers PLC, while the Managing Director presented the Annual Report for the 2024 – 2025 fiscal year. The Directors, Independent Directors, and the Company Secretary of Daffodil Computers PLC, along with a significant number of shareholders, participated both in person and online. Shareholders approved the accounts for the 2024-2025 financial year with a “no-dividend” declaration. The meeting concluded with the hope of achieving better business results in the upcoming financial year, a press release said.
The 3rd Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) was held on the same day, 29 December 2025, at 11:00 a.m. on a hybrid platform. The agenda to issue 32,690,000 shares at a price of BDT 15 per share against a loan of BDT 490,350,000 received from Creative International was approved by 100% of the votes.
