Grameenphone, the country’s leading telecommunications service provider, has launched a Family Pack, an exclusive new offering for Grameenphone Prime users and their family members using postpaid or prepaid connections. Prepaid customers can also purchase the pack by migrating to Prime. With the Grameenphone Family Pack, customers can buy one family pack and share internet, minutes and more with two to five family members, a press release said.
In many families, it is common for one member to purchase separate internet and minute packs for other family members based on their needs. With the new Family Pack, Grameenphone has simplified this process—removing the hassle of buying multiple packs and ensuring that family members stay seamlessly connected by purchasing a family pack. Customers can avail of and experience the product exclusively on MyGP, or via retail and digital channels, ensuring an interactive journey that allows customers to customize internet and minute allocations, change members, track members’ needs, and much more.
