The Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) has congratulated and congratulated those who were elected as members of parliament in the 13th national parliamentary elections. They were warmly congratulated and congratulated at the REHAB board meeting held at a hotel in the capital on February 16. The board meeting also congratulated the 10 honorable members of parliament elected from the housing sector, a press release said.
The REHAB board of directors meeting referred to this achievement of the 10 newly elected members of parliament as a significant milestone for the housing sector. The meeting said that the increased representation of the housing sector in the national parliament will create an opportunity to take effective and coordinated initiatives to resolve the sector’s long-standing policy complications, tax structure reforms, urban planning, DAP implementation, utility connection and approval process.
REHAB President Md. Wahiduzzaman said in his speech, “It is a matter of great pride and joy for us that 10 members of the REHAB family have been elected as members of the National Parliament. This is not only a personal achievement, but also an indication of the creation of a solid foundation for the country’s housing industry. The housing sector is making a significant contribution to the country’s economy, playing an important role in creating employment, expanding the construction industry, developing related sub-sectors, and generating revenue. With direct representation in Parliament, we hope that the just demands and prospects of the sector will receive due importance and practical policy support will be ensured.”
