The 405th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 25th February 2026 at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mohammed Younus. The Board approved a number of investment proposal, a press release said.
Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mohiuddin Ahmed & Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, the Directors Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Barek, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Fakir Maniruzzaman, Abdul Hakim, the Independent Directors Nasir Uddin Ahmed & Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting. Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
