Md. Kamruzzaman Milu, Media and PR Manager, submitted his resignation via email to the relevant Human Resources department on 08 March 2026, and subsequently went out of contact without completing the formal handover of his responsibilities.
Following this, certain allegations and preliminary information regarding possible financial irregularities during his tenure came to light. In response, ACI Logistics Limited (Shwapno) has formed an investigation committee to examine the matter. While the investigation remains ongoing, Md. Kamruzzaman Milu has been temporarily suspended, and this decision will remain in effect until the investigation process is completed.
It may also be noted that during Ramadan 2024, a meeting was held at Shwapno’s Tejgaon office in the presence of representatives from various media houses with the Managing Director of Shwapno. At that meeting, the Managing Director of Shwapno, Sabbir Hasan Nasir, informed the attending media representatives that for matters related to Shwapno’s advertising and public relations, they should contact Md. Atikur Rahman, Lead – Marketing Budget and Communication Operations, or Md. Mahadi Faisal, Deputy Director – Category Growth and ESG.
