The 406th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 08th April 2026 at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mohammed Younus. The Board of Directors have approved the audited financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2025 and based on that 13% cash dividend has been recommended for the Shareholders of the Bank. Besides the Board approved a number of investment proposal.
Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mohiuddin Ahmed & Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, the Directors Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Abdul Hakim, the Independent Directors Nasir Uddin Ahmed & Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting. Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
