Built around the theme “Learn – Lead – Excel,” the Finternship program has been designed as a comprehensive career development platform for young talents. The initiative aims to provide participants with hands-on industry experience, practical learning and opportunities for leadership development.

Positioned as a gateway to the finance industry, the program seeks to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and corporate experience. Selected interns will gain exposure across key functions, including retail and consumer finance, SME and corporate business, risk and compliance, customer experience, sales and relationship management, business analytics and digital financial solutions.

During the program, interns will work alongside experienced professionals, enabling them to develop a well-rounded understanding of a modern financial institution. This experience is expected to enhance their analytical skills, communication abilities, teamwork, customer-centric mindset and financial knowledge.

IPDC Finance PLC. Managing Director Rizwan Dawood Shams said, “In today’s competitive job market, gaining relevant work experience is crucial. IPDC’s innovative Finternship program will not only ease young people’s transition into the workforce but also enhance their future employability. Our management trainee program, ‘The Unbounders,’ has already established a strong position in developing future leaders, and we believe Finternship will further carry that momentum forward.”
