Islami Bank Capital Management holds AGM

Islami Bank Capital Management Limited (IBCML) organized its 16^th Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2026, Thursday at Islami Bank Tower. Mohammad Khurshid Wahab, chairman of IBCML presided over the meeting.  S. M. Abdul Hamid, FCA & Md. Altaf Hossain, directors, Abu Syed Md. Nahid, FCS, managing director & CEO and Md. Saiful Islam, Company Secretary (Current Charge) attended the meeting. Other Director and shareholders of the company were also connected the meeting virtually. The meeting approved annual financial statements of 2025 and discussed various important issues with a view to achieving business success of the company, a press release said.
