Mastercard has successfully concluded the Mastercard Chargeback Lifecycle Masterclass, held from 27 to 29 April 2026 at Sheraton Dhaka, bringing together representatives from banks and financial institutions for an intensive training programme on chargeback rules, reason codes, and real-world dispute management through interactive sessions and case-based learning. The session was led by Luca Messina, Director, Dispute Resolution, Services, Mastercard; Munish Jairath, Director, Technology Account Management. The event was attended by Syed Mohammad Kamal, Country Manager, Bangladesh, Mastercard; Zakia Sultana, Director, Bangladesh, Mastercard; Sohail Alim, Director, Bangladesh, Mastercard; Muhammad Shahriar Husain, Manager, Technology Account Management, Mastercard; along with senior representatives from partner banks, financial institutions, and Mastercard, a press release said.
