DHAKA : The 42 nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pubali Bank PLC was held through virtual platform on June 18, 2025. Monzurur Rahman, Honourable Chairman, Board of Directors of Pubali Bank presided over the meeting. Hon’ble Directors- Moniruddin Ahmed, Habibur Rahman, M. Kabiruzzaman Yaqub FCMA (UK), CGMA; Azizur Rahman, Md. Abdur Razzak Mondal, Rana Laila Hafiz, Mustafa Ahmed and Arif Ahmed Choudhury; Independent Director Mohammad Naushad Ali Chowdhury and a huge number of Shareholders participated in the AGM virtually, according to a press release.

The Shareholders unanimously approved 12.50% Cash Dividend and 12.50% Stock Dividend for the year ended 31 st December 2024 in the 42 nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). Shareholders expressed their satisfaction with the bank significant growth and development and expressed their gratitude to the hardworking officers and employees of Pubali Bank for their tireless contributions in reaching this milestone. Hon’ble Chairman thanked everybody for active participation in the AGM and then announced the end of the meeting.
