DHAKA : The 11 th meeting of the newly formed Audit Committee of the Union Bank PLC. was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 23 June, 2025, according to a press release.
Honorable Chairman of the Audit Committee Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA presided over the meeting. Member of the Audit Committee & Independent Director Mohammad Saiful Alam and Managing Director CEO of the bank Mohd. Humayun Kabir were present in the meeting. Deputy Managing Directors Shafiuddin Ahmed and Mohammad Iqbal attended the meeting on the occasion. The EVP CFO of the bank Md. Ali Reza, FCMA, CIPA was also present. In the meeting the audit report of various branches of the bank and related issues were reviewed.
