DHAKA : The countrys leading trade organizations held a joint press conference on February 28 to discuss the current stalemate situation at the National Board of Revenue (NBR) and its impact on the national economy, including export-oriented industries, according to a press release.
Expressing deep concern about the ongoing situation at the press conference, businessmen and industrialists said that the country's import and export business is facing serious losses due to the NBR's deadlock. This is a bad sign for the country's economy. In such a situation, it is very important to resolve the stagnation and ongoing crisis surrounding the movement as soon as possible.
