Midland bank signed mou with United Express & Imex Plus ltd.

DHAKA : A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Midland Bank and United Express Imex Plus Ltd. Head Office of the Bank at Gulshan 2, Dhaka, according to a press release.

Imex Plus Ltd. imports large volume of Dental Items and Office Stationaries from the world renowned companies. United Express provides business solutions related to delivery anywhere in the world.  They have been serving in more than 220 countries and territories connecting in markets that comprise more than 90 percent of the world’s business with delivery to most countries in 2 – 4 business days.  Mohammad Javed Tarek Khan, Head of Institutional Banking Division of Midland Bank and Md. Zakir Hossain Ripon, Proprieror of United Express and Managing Director of Imex Plus Ltd. signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.

Under the MoU, United Express & Imex Plus Ltd. will use the robust online Cash Management solution of MDB “Midland Cash Management (MCM)” application for conducting their daily business banking and cash management activities, nationwide.

Mohammed Rashadul Anwar, Head of Public Relations Division, Mohammad Hassibur Rahman, Head of Cash Management Unit of Institutional Banking Division and Ashrafur Rahman, Relationship Manager of Midland Bank PLC. were also present at the MoU Signing Ceremony.
