In this way, the labor-related problems of the factories can be resolved within their respective areas. The labor organizations welcomed this proposal of the BGMEA president.

He further mentioned that his board has taken the initiative to establish hospitals for workers in garment-dominated areas such as Gazipur, Ashulia, Narayanganj, etc. immediately after assuming office. He said that if the government allocates land in the mentioned areas, BGMEA will immediately start the construction of the hospital.

The BGMEA president also said that his board will soon start working on food rationing for workers to make their lives comfortable.
